I know many are against this IPO including myself because of obvious reasons.
But your both points are not relevant
No of shareholders are few only before company becomes public. So, 6 shareholders is not at all alarming and bonus shares also we have seen that all companies which go public have issued bonus shares many times in the past.

No equity was diluted to raise funds
Because no one was ready to invest in such company
Now the promoters are thinking to raise from public. They think we have no ethics

One more very important thing I would like to mention
An IT raid was conducted on its head office and it's subsidiaries' units regarding evasion of sgst( state goods and sales tax) and some other matters on 2 Feb 2023 and the matter was left blank with no compliance from the department.
Unable to get the matter
