I am in this forum from last 2 years, I applied approximately for 35 to 45 ipos, I got only two ipo first is lic and second is bikaji, in this ipo I will not apply even if it gives me 10 to 15 % gain , when some one hits me I feel pain, so by applying in this ipo I will be responsible for killing animals

Jubiliant food products is selling non-veg, Avanti Feeds Ltd,Apex Frozen Foods Ltd,Coastal Corporation Limited, Waterbase Ltd.- all these companies are selling frozen sea animals, ITC is selling tobacco(killing human lungs), distillery companies are selling alcohol(killing human livers), venkys india is selling chicken, all the listed leading hotel chains are selling mutton, chicken and beef. I have named only a few, There are numerous other companies involved in non vegetarian foods directly and indirectly. If We can avoid all these companies, then we can boycott this ipo also. Think we are in an illusion. I am a vegetarian , for your information. Its your decision to invest or not invest, but thought of sharing .

No animals apart from the harmful ones should be allowed to kill until the time the courts, the judicial system allows to kill humans too. It's hypocritical to hang criminals for killing humans while letting the animal killers go scot free.

I'm a vegetarian.

A small calculation part from my side
Total meat production of the company per day : 90 Metric ton
1 mt ton = 1000kg
Per day production= 1000×90 = 90000kg
So production per year =90000kg× 365
= 32850000kg
+ 10% festive season in Arab countries =
3285000+32850000=36135000 kg Avg.weight of indian Buffalo = 450 kg
So no of buffaloes killed in a year = 80300
Buffaloes killed per day = 80300÷365=220
This company accounts of 10% official Buffalo meat production in india.

Moral of the story: This company kills 220 buffaloes a day.

So what it's their business many foreign companies kill more
Humans in the beginning used to eat raw animals

If in your religion it's wrong to eat meat ok don't eat I'm not forcing you
But stop distrupting the companies that make meat
They are not doing anything illegal

How the Dairy Industry Supports the Veal Industry
In order to produce milk, a female cow must first give birth, so in the commercial dairy industry, workers forcibly impregnate female cows over and over. Shortly after a cow gives birth, her calf will be separated from her so that humans can drink the milk that was meant for her baby. This separation causes extreme distress for both mother and calf. If the calves are female, typically they’ll be fed a milk replacer and will follow in the footsteps of their mothers in the dairy industry.
Male calves, however, are considered useless to the dairy industry, so they’ll either be shipped to feedlots or sold to the veal (meat) industry.

That means someone who eats milk product indirectly supports killing of buffalo / cow. so please don't just boycott one company that won't make much difference just also stop eating dairy products altogether.

"Milk is liquid meat"- A vegan.
Boycott all dairy and meat companies, dairy sweet shops, coffee shops, restaurants.
Ethical investment is very important. Targeting a single company would not help much.
(N.B. - I am not applying here. It's my choice).
(Their RHP says they kill buffallos. Not mentioned anywhere about COW. So not that religious angle. But personal choice as I don't differentiate between chicken and buffallos. Killing of any animal is cruality). People eating chicken/ fish and not buffalo are most hypocrite.
Other things, I didn't like here is corporatisation of meat and dairy industry. Now meat will be easily available. People will buy from supermarket shelves without knowing how it is made.
Further it's perfectly leagal to drink milk, eat chicken or buffalo. So this and other companies are legal. But it's my choice to NOT invest here. Not forcing anyone to NOT invest here.
But imagine a future with meat and milk industry in corporate hands and corporate don't follow any religion, cast, sect or person belief and just want to improve balance sheet.

Logij Kumar .. Milk doesn't posses consciousness or extracting milk doesn't cause no animal to lose consciousness. Milk is a bi-product of the reproductive process in mammals and it is regenerated and replenished without harming or inflicting pain on anyone.
There is a glaring difference between how meat and milk are produced which makes the two incomparable.

PE at issue price = 23.30X

I made a mistake earlier ... now rectified

EPS for 9MFY23 = 22.96
Annualised EPS = 22.96 ÷ 3 X 4 = 30.61

Issue Price = 585

PE at issue price = 19.11X

Even pe of 19 is not cheap according to me considering their business. It is not expensive either but still there is nothing much on the table to generate listing gains.

Deltatech ipo soon
In last stages

Was there any news regarding this because delta corp was on fire during last hour of trade today. I feel there is further opportunity in delta corp. It can easily give 10-15% returns before deltatech ipo.

But also be cautious
In july their is going to be verdict on deltin daman issue
If delta corp wins the case,stock will blast like anything because they have invested 1050-1100 cr and no significant revenue is getting generated

Every human being boycott this ipo. Kisi ki dardnak maut se tu paisa kamayegha insan😇

I never get allotment in any good IPOs.

But no matter how lucrative he offer maybe, I still won't apply here as I don't want my money to be used for buffalo slaughter.

This ipo is over priced. It will easily subscibed, if price band is revised. Naturally, who do not like meat will stay away. That doesn't mean that IPO or company is bad

I agree this ipo is over priced. Pe of 23 for such low margin business and average growth is expensive.

These Boycotts trends actually helps companies to gain much wider publicity then they would have actually received. Best example is Pathan movie , a below average movie got undue publicity due to boycott drama and in the end Producer had the last laugh with 1000+ Crores gross collection. Sometime I seriously feel these boycott dramas are sponsored or paid by producers or companies to save their marketing expenses. बदनाम होंगे तो क्या नाम न होगा. Silently ignore the IPO if it does not align with your belief system. For me any business which comply the law of land is fine but investing in those companies will be my choice based on financials and belief system without any drama whatsoever.

Once grey market activities starts, these same people will run piller to post for applying the IPO with full force.

Cons:-
1. Regulatory and political risk is more with this company.
2. Major issue portion is OFS.
3. Non-veg/non ethical
4. Debt
5. Revenue decreased each year except this year.

Pro:-
1.Renowned profitable company with real business.
2. Protein demand in form meat will grow domestically and internationally as income of people rising.
3.Mutiple factories in different geographical location.

Revenue and PAT are seems to be managed in FY 22, as they are planning for IPO.

they have pending tax and statutory cases amounting to crores. not suitable for long term. also current price band is too high. wait for post listing price below 200.
