Had just sent a suggestion to SEBI make rules of SME same as main board.

As big fish are applying 2cr to 2.5cr funds and getting confirmed allotment and we are all left out.

Asked them to come up with rules aligned to Mainboard.

I insist you all to register a suggestion to sebi contact us portal, so our voice can be heard.

HNI QUOTA is 15% of IPO in most of time.

It should be 33% QIB 33% HNI 33% RETAIL
or 50% HNI/QIB 50% RETAIL

If QIB/HNI quota is removed than believe me what PREMIUM you are seeing these days will vanish, bcz of no interest from QIB/HNI.

Same what happened in MAINBOARD IPO that these days most of IPOs are not giving more than 10% return and are you retailers happy with INR1500 profit ?

If there is no GMP activities, most of SME IPO will not be subscribed properly and those companies can't raise public money.

EVEN I SUGGEST SEBI TO AGAIN START A MINIUM 33% HNI QUOTA IN MAINBOARD IPO, SO IT WILL BOOST SENTIMENT IN IPO MARKET.

"HNI" SEGMENT ki wajah se hi GMP activites hoti hai otherwise koi kuch nahi kamayega aur companies ko bhi accha PREMIUM nahi milega market se.

​@BLUE WHALE gmp won't vanish if there's no QIB quota.
As they couldn't apply in IPO, they will come on listing day which will increase the listing gains.

One intresting fact. 15 IPO's are available for subscriptions on 27.9.23. 12 SME and 3 mainboard. IPO ka season chal raha hai. Haven't checked the facts but I assume that this must be the highest number of ipo available on a single day. ENJOY the IPO Rainy season. *with no allotments in good ipo's.

​@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com i think instant chat is a flop feature because it is also separated for each IPO. and since each ipo page has it's own message board there is no need to go for instant chat.

I would suggest converting it to one chat board where any thing related to IPOs/Buybacks etc. can be dicussed.. like a group chat for chittorgarh members which is not divided for any specific IPO but is open to all members for discussion of everything.

I have applied with ff but with registrar like linkintime I know I won't gonna get allotment....but still crossed the fingers

@SwapnilX. I am also scared of LINKINTIME. I am applying for all good IPOs. During the last one year I have applied for about 100 IPOs both MAINBOARD and SME. Got about 12 allotments—4 (REETECH, ITCONS, Avalon, Spectrum Talent) listed in Discount and exited on listing day with a loss).The other 8 Issues gave decent profit on listing. I have NOT got a single Allotment where LINKINTIME was Registrar. I am afraid whether my PAN was blocked for any allotment by LINKINTIME. LINKINTIME was Registrar for about 20 Issues I have applied for.

@Vnrao yes I also get worried whenever I get allotment by linkintime because every time allotted IPO opened in discount only

How many days does this registrar take to declare allotment? Any idea anyone?

Those who have been investing long in SME IPOs may kindly reply.
01. List of past successful SME IPOs moved from SME to Main Board.
02. On what basis shares listed on SME Platform later moved to Main Board
and the time frame.

1) Ans to 1, List is already available in stock exchange bse & NSE

2) and to 2 , there are few conditions, sharing 1 of them . bse sme should have completed 2 years of listing & NSE sme should have completed 3 years. There are more conditions as well to be satisfied to migrate

Market in a very scary position. After all time high profit booking was expected. It's difficult to remember the number of ipos are there.
For the members having lot of funds for these IPOs might also be facing the distribution of funds according to the merit.
However the allotment, unblocking of finds and listing done before schedule is a positive factor for investors. Sale proceeds so received can be used to apply these.
But at the same time one should always be careful in selection of good one irrespective of allotment chances. Who have made good profits can take risk also. But investors with limited funds and less risk appetite should always be choosy.
Tomorrow's market is very important in respect of opening and closing. SMEs with GMP of more than 40%+ with good financials will be a better choice.
In the end :

@PKRAJ your advice is BANG ON. Today's Chavda Infra listing is a case in point. One has to be careful anyway but more careful in present scenario.
