As most of you know, ICICI ASBA/Bank doesn't show 3 SME IPOs which are closing today.

I have talked with various ICICI folks, managers and customer care but they don't have solution right now. High priority complain is already filed and also sent an email.

What a insane!

Everyone, please send email to ICICI now to avoid future mistakes. I'm pretty sure its a bug in ICICI securities or uninformed well advance to use or absolutely wrong timing was shown 4PM as close time.

Bank walo message karto ho...Most experts never wait for last minute if you want apply...server error or traffic is so much that sometimes website page crash you cant apply...

We retailers always wait for some fund to arrive and especially takes long in such mass IPO session. It doesn't clearly say which to apply now based on:
- High/low subscription
- GMP
- Take risk in low subscribed IPO
- Business

i am applying both in Hi-green and marco cables and skipping mangalam as of now....if funds are lesser then only marco cables can be applied and if possible sell in grey and apply can be done in marco....or open also it can be done in my view, risk is very less.....

Yeah all the IPOs that close today disappeared suddenly for me also, and it's not coming back after refreshing.

Apply according to availability of funds. If funds no problem looking into other ones Apply any number as you wish in any category.
As far as allotment is concerned, only your luck will decide. Already oversubscribed by 125x in retail.
All have already applied in retail. What Registrar will do, they can say.

Likely to be a blockbuster issue, with a dependable LM
Company is in business of recycling waste tyre and recovering carbon black, steel wire, fuel oil and sodium silicate glass. Sunrise sector with a long path for growth and profitability.
IPO proceeds to be used for setting up new plant in Maharashtra as well for working capital needs.
Tire processing capacity utilisation increasing YoY and is now at 80% while sodium silicate processing capacity utilisation is at 77%.
Revenue from top 10 customers is 63.9% while top 10 suppliers provide 96.9 % of supplies
In product segment, fuel oil sales is the largest segment followed by sodium silicate glass
YoY EBITDA margin has grown from 14.7% in 20-21 to 17.3% in 21-22 to 25.4% in 22-23.
YoY more than 50% growth in revenue while PBT has jumped 4X. Material cost has gone down from 65% to 60.5%. Whether this reduction is one off or sustainable remains to be seen.
Excellent cash flow for the last 2 years. LT and ST borrowings combined have gone down YoY even after capex spending and Rs 5.77 cr advance to suppliers.
Of the total outstanding of Rs 5.62 cr, Rs 44 lacs is outstanding for more than 6 months.
Other expenses – Direct (which are directly related to production and sales) have increased to Rs 5.45 cr from Rs 5.01 cr, an increase of 9% when sales have jumped over 50%. It could imply that company has achieved higher price realisation for its products.
YoY discount has increased from Rs 24 lacs to Rs 63 lacs which is abnormal. If company is achieving high price per unit, then why should discount increase?
As on 31-Mar-23, company had 32 employees. As per EPFO company deposited PF for 5 employees for Aug-23 and 3 employees for Aug-22.
Based on working capital projections, company is targeting revenue of Rs 94 cr in 23-24
Very good anchor book seeing participation from Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Rajastan Global, LSRD securities.
