A leading construction company which mainly focusing on construction of Roads , Flyover & Bridges.

Positives-
1. Management is very efficient and experienced.
2. Company grows it''s revenue more than 30% CAGR.
3. Revenue reaches 1058 cr in Fy 2017 from 472 cr of Fy 2014.
4. Profit reaches more than 50 cr from 11 cr during last 4 years.
5. EPS is about 10 for Fy 2017, profit margin is more than 5 and @ upper price band of 270 ,PE of HG Infra is about 30 against industry PE of 35.

As government is increasing the fund to spend on Infra so future of HG Infra will be bright.
Hence I will apply for 8 to 15% listing gain.

Poor subscription figure for this small ipo

What do u mean by poor subscription figures. IPO is already subscribed 4.82x. HDFC standard life IPO subscribed 4.90x.
HDFC Standard life listed with premium of 25 and on third day hit high of 415. Today share is trading at 460-470 and it has been over 400 for last 2 months.
Share price was 290. How I can you say poor subscription.

IPo which subscribes 80-90x has little chance that people will get any lot.

This is good subscription.

Wait for final figures.

Entry of QIB and NIIs in the last few hours changed the scene atleast to a good subscription figure if not to a great figure.

HDFC IPO SIZE WAS Way bigger than this IPO. Even doing comparison of these both companies is not fair.
