Who has own funds they apply normally first day onwards ,

One more thing is already money struck in two IPOs ,so those money release tomorrow or day after tomorrow .

4. This IPO is actually OFS of 90% shares of Promoters. Means company hardly require money. Your money will go to promoter

As you have said the price is of Demand and supply , Here fortunately there is lot of demand and that can be seen by the retail already over subscribed to it in just a few hrs. Nureac management and stock both are worst that this but still manages a gmp of 55 and will surely list in Upper circuit.
IPO has always been about listing gains , as for keeping portfolio stocks there are more than 1000 companies available to buy

Everything is great except the OFS part.... they claim about using funds for business expenses but most of the issue Money is for stake dilution.
