Ya its true. Bt the weak ness of company is project execution time. It is almost 1.5 times more then the other company. It wil defenatly list above issue, no doubt & it wil not going to weak down, wil go stronger & stronger like DLF. Its market cap is 10000+ crore.

If u see hdil is available at cheapest P.E of 19 .
parsvnath is at p/e of 25 so hdil clearly can see above 600+ on listing. this stock is definite a hold . I have seen companies with profits of 500 crore and above always go up steadily.my believe is listing will be around 575 will close at around 600 and will slowly move to 1000 in 2 months. good stock to be in everybody portfolio.
