The issue was priced at Rs. 500/- Per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/-)
The issue was subscribed OK and everyone got some or other allotment , and this might take the route of DLF at least people will think that was which would get a boost to HDIl we can see it getting listed at 540 to 560 range and soon getting momentum.

I am expecting the listing around 600+ because all the reality stocks today going up

listing at 550 and can go upto 750 on listing date no chance of goin down 550 so buy aggresively if it lists at 550.....i got 16000 shares in non inst lot ....i will operate it today for sure......

looking at todays closing of all reality stocks hdil would see good listing tommorow .may list around 540-545 but will show upward trend like dlf. hold on to this stock as very few companies available in reality with profits of more than 500 crore. all these 5 companies great stocks to hold - dlf,parsvnath, sobha developer,unitech and hdil

HDIL to List betwn 680-720 and would touch 780-800 range.. The mere calculation comes to 710.5 when compared to the DLF's profit/Quarter Land Bank taken into account. So proportionally it should list betwn 680-720. If you sell below it.. it would be cheap..

Either SHEETAL is more intellectual than TANUSHREE, more wise than grey market traders, more expert than so many advisers Or she is just letting out her sheer frustration of not applying in this IPO as any company can not say that its shares are to list below issue prize, not even Alpa. Just ignore dear.

Shettal,U gave some hard comments about HDIL,Do u have any data to prove what u said.Whenever we give any comment it should have some supporting data..So that pepole can take a right move,for sake of saying we should not write any thing...
