Bharat22 set to provide listing gains

With markets bottomed near 10100 and looks to make fresh highs.....

It seems that Bharat22 will have 3 day weighted average price coming low.

15th Nov - 36.74
16th Nov - 37.07
17th Nov - 37.24

Average should be near 37.02

After 3% discount it would cost 35.90

Predicting markets making new top in next two weeks, we can forecast price of Bharat22 to be 38.5.

This will give a margin of 6% on listing day to allottees.

At Rs 2 lacs application you get 5550 units and at 38.5 it would give a profit of Rs 14300

@37.25 todays rate = 7500 profit
Or @ 36.75 low rate of few days back = 4600 profit

Did you expect this type of listing gain during the ipo period. unexpected things always happen in the stock market. Due to HDFC BRAND VALUE IT HAPPENED. I ALREADY POSTED IT COULD GIVE RS.10 TO 20 ON LISTING. I SOLD 90% OF THE QUANTITY AT DISCOVERED PRICE. REMAIN SOLD BETWEEN 330 TO 365.

Firm allotment gives about 20% profit ....what listing - all experts proved fools ...!

Anchor investors and QIB gave very good response. QIB more that 16 times and Anchor investors invested 50000 crore while 2200 crore is reserved. Both category investors applied at Rs. 290.

Chances are more that on listing QIB will come to buy more. They don''t have any problem they will pay more 20 - 30 on top of 290. They are big and long term investors. They will buy from open market from retail investors.

I have applied 200 no. of shares and got all allotted. HDFC life made my day and of all investor who didn''t sold at opening price only.

Opening at 369 - almost 28% premium ....was pure madness ...keeping in mind that there was firm & full allotment to Retail applicants ...!
