I had done 3 application. Each for my family member. The retail subscription was less than 1. That means firm allotment. Then also I allotted only one. The money for other two applications is refunded in BOI. Why ?

I remembered the selling stakeholder of Bharat 22 acrips had also divested stake in RCF and NFL in the recent past. ..what surprised me was the decision of GAS price hike which was taken immediately after those OFS issues.
Bharat 22 has a kind of stocks which can be drastically affected (both positive or adversely) by the decisions of the selling entity which makes me very nervous or rather apprehensive...
