I applied for one lot, no allotment to my application. I did bid at lower price (275), RII was not fully subscribed. What is the criteria of allotment in this case ?

Before allotment final price is discovered as per applications. If your applied price is equal or above the discovered price, you will get allotment, otherwise rejected. In this issue discovered price is 290.00 (as more than 99% applications @290.00) As you had applied @275.00, your application is rejected.
Friends there is a lot of complaint in the forum regarding applying at lower price band and not getting allotted any share. Well the simple answer is - "nobody will get any allotment" if applied at lower band and company prices at the cutoff. Take this free advice - Always (and always) try to apply at the cutoff price. If there is poor subscription and the company decides to price the share at the lower price you will still get allotted. And not the other way around.
If you apply at the cutoff price and the company prices at the lower band you will get both shares allotted and the excess amount you paid refunded. Simple and easy. Hope I have clarified this. Cheers :-)
Applied 6 lots with 4 accounts at lower price band but DID NOT GET A SINGLE ALLOTMENT...KARVY U R CHEATER COCK...

No cheating..........Discovered price is 290.00 i.e. cutoff price As your applied price is below 290.00 you will not got allotment whoever be the Registrar.
If you had applied @290.00 you will be allotted full 6 lots.
Don''t blame it on Karvy. The issue was oversubscribed at upper band. So naturally, the allocation was made at upper price band. You should always apply on the cut off price.
thank u very much for ipo menter your prediction is correct. karvy is very late. applied 150 alloted 150. should i sell 50 on 17th. once again excellent prediction regarding allotment.
