Don't sell application in grey market. .60-70 % retail investors are sold application in grey market.... The reason of high GMP people ' HNI and punter sold shares from 120 to 330...Now it's over sold ...... Now grey market people are ready to make money from those people who short the shares now they will be force to cover the shares at the price between 450 to 600.... So pls don't sell your application or share in grey market..... I think retail investors have a great opportunity on the listing day.....
simple thing 15 days ago it's ipo price was 1350-1365 where share was 11, now sebi take action and give order to cancel bid Rs 1050 to issue lead managers and return money with 12% interest p.a , so hdfc reduce its ipo price and set Rate @ 1100
Reliance Nippon Life AMC Ltd. - 16,37,276 applications (October 2017)
So by seeing too much craze and excitement of investors for HDFC AMC 18 lakh +++ applications expected so allotment ratio will be 1:3 or more expected in retail category. So apply only single lot per application in retail category and HDFC shareholders may apply additional 12 lots in HDFC shareholders quota.
Mr.shah GMP,kostak,subject2 Are like umbrella When Ever you are not sure of some IPOs? u should use it as safety But here! Money is raining It's Not wise to use it
Reasonable? It's called attractive In mid may people were saying price around 1500 Than in June people were ready for 1360 with 200 GMP Now 1100 it's quite attractive and lucrative
Strategy to reduce funding cost if applicant wants allotment of only one lot in NII category: Estimate the total oversubscription expected in NII category - Example 200 times. Divide by 2 - Answer is 101 times. Select the next prime number - 101 or 103 or 107 or X which is any other random number of your choice below 200. If you want allotment of only one lot, apply for 101 lots or 103 lots or 107 lots or any other X number of lots - If you are the only applicant to have applied for X number of lots, you will get allotment if your oversubscription forecast is accurate. Some companies may give you the minimum of one lot or an extra lot even if you have applied for lesser number of lots than what I have illustrated above. The cost of funding if you follow such strategy will be lesser than that for other NIIs. For example - If you have applied for 101 lots in HDFC AMC, and you are the only applicant to have applied for 101 lots, and your over subscription figure of 200 times is accurate, you will get allotment of 15 shares and your cost of funding would be Rs 176 per share as compared to Rs 348 per share for others.
Bookie's punters every one including hnis are buying application on kostak around 1300-1450 Mostly from Ahmedabad, jaipur, indore lines So On listing day very few will have stock to sell Like bandhan bank 70-75℅ investors sold their application on kostak/subject Big fish will manipulate at the day of listing Keep an eye on it
What is better ? to sale 7 form in grey market @ Rs. 1200 or whatever ? OR Apply 7 form & wait for allotment, if allotment chances are good. Please guide & also tell approx chances of allotment ? Thanks in advance.
