may i know how HNI allotment works ?

where can i see the complete list of 35 anchor investors? tried searching on sebi website, but couldn't find the full list anywhere

I have HDFC Shares on Joint names( both person have separate pan card), so can I apply from 2 separate application in share holder category?

HDFC Ltd has reserved up to 2.4 million shares for individuals and Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) who were shareholders of the company as on 14 March 2018 i.e. the date of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus.

What a desperation to apply to HDFC AMC IPO ? Especially by those HDFC shareholders .

Feeling very dejected, heartbroken. There is no chance of allotment in retail category. Slim chances were there in shareholder category, but that is also gone. Secondary market it will see bumper listing, hence even if one picks up from secondary post listing and holds for long term, profit potential will be much less. Anyhow, rule is rule, need to follow.

How long have been holding HDFC shares since. If you were holding before 14-Mar-2018 i.e. cut-off date then apply under shareholder quota. Otherwise even if you apply, it will simply get rejected.

on the ICICI Bank site, under IPO, you have provisions for both shareholders and retail investors. you can apply under both categories.

Even the lot of 13 in shareholder quota is allowed. Combined need not be under 2 lac, and each appl can be under 2 lac

Can anyone please inform in which page of HDFC AMC IPO Red Herring Prospectus is it written that Shareholders of HDFC Bank Ltd, HDFC Standard Life Insurance and Gruh Finance Ltd are not eligible for applying HDFC AMC IPO under HDFC Shareholders Category?

All of you are telling that only shareholders of HDFC Ltd can apply in HDFC Shareholders category and shareholders of HDFC Std Life Insurance cannot apply in HDFC Shareholders category. However, in page no 6 of 532, red herring prospectus of this IPO , Eligible HDFC shareholders are defined as Individuals and HUFs who are the public equity shareholders of HDFC, one of our Promoters and Group Companies (excluding such persons who are not eligible to invest in the Offer under applicable laws) as on the date of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, i.e, March 14, 2018. Now HDFC standard life insurance ltd is a group company of HDFC ltd. Then why cannot a shareholder of HDFC standard life insurance ltd apply under eligible HDFC shareholder category?

Can anybody say whether i can apply in both retail category and Share holder category? Will both my application will be counted valid or it will be rejected?
