I think whether my application not blocked by bank or bank not received my application for blocking money or ASBA broker send to other bank my application by mistake.

But what about to blocking money

who instruct to bank for blocking?

bank submits your bid so bank is responsible for blocking and blocking is done once you authorise your bank.Even after applying IPO if bank remains careless for blocking your fund , blame your bank.

You have applied application through ASBA Bank has to bid your application and amount block in your account or syndicate ASBA broker bid your application and they will submit form in bank then bank has to block in your account. In both case bank has to block in your account.
