If Karvy i really doing it, then there is an easy way to identify it.
SEBI can do the following because it has the power and resources,
1) First it should get the list of all the IPOs to which Karvy was the Registrar for the past 5 years
2) Get the list of PANs to which the Allotment was done where the issues oversubscribed.
3) Get the list of common PANs among all the allotments.

By looking at this data we will get an idea if Karvy is really involved in such activity or not.
I hope and wish that's not the case.

SCORES site in not working.There is a problem while uploading complain.
Earlier SEBI put ban on karvy and restrict it to act as registrar.SEBI should again check allotment process transparancy.In weak IPOs always full allotment by karvy.

I have tried it twice. SEBI does not do any thing. I gave them the format in which they should take report from Karvy, but they did nothing. I think, there is a need to have an independent lottery house for allotment. After my complaint, I am not getting allotment from Karvy (in oversubscribed IPOs). it seems they have black listed PANs for which I applied application using single IP address. lets see what happen to my seven unique PAN applications this time.

@Neeraj abcd_ Totally agree with you, wait for another 01 or 02 year, Karvy scam will come into public, There are lot of financial scams how come these allotment agencies are into safe zone.

Why can't allotment done on basis of aadhar number

SEBI take the report from KARVY itself and tries to project that every thing is OK. They don't do their own investigation in to complaint.

Even if SEBI appointed agency has to do the draw such manipulations will continue. After all those gentlemen will be human beings and that too Indian human beings.

@ Bullish On India, Aadhar is not going to help. they can still maintain a favorite list of Aadhar like they seems to be doing with PAN. The only solution to have a separate lottery entity, under SEBI. All the applications can come to it and returned back after draw of lots. and this all can be done electronically without any loss of time.

Can we get information of all pan card nos which got allotment through kavy IPO under right of information act?
If we will get this info, it's very easy to find out all unfair deals....

Godrej agro and many more
But sometimes in low subscribed Ipo
I denied allotment
Brnl
Newgen soft
So nothing much for me to talking
