please share the entire matter and enlighten us. You should have reported to Serious Fraud division in interest of larger public good.

Please Share all details regarding the matter and also help others to benefit from the same.

Karvi and linktime both allots only 25% retailers qota and distribute rest among near or dear seems since last decades . All are corrupt

Please share the procedure and documents in this grave matter as I was scapegoat to previously in some ipo's where I was denied allotment and oblige me.I shall be ever great ful to you if I am benefitted.

It was the ipo of (removed the name as it has legal implications) in 2007. I dont recollect the details but the substance is as follows. I applied for maximum in retail catagory. The registrar I think was ...............(Again removed for same reasons). The basis of allotment was given and as per that I should have got FIRM allotment of certain number of shares. I was allotted NIL. I took up with the Registrar/company through E mail.
I received a reply from Registrar that my application has been rejected. I asked through email the reasons for rejection. Received one more email saying that my application is rejected . I then gave a call to the company and then the Registrar saying that If I do not receive the information I am going to take up the matter with SEBI and the serious fraud division of the GoI.
The very next day I received a call from PUNE that The company is happy to offer Rs. 8700/- as damages and gave the cheque number. They also asked me to send the advanced acknowledgement giving the cheque number and amount. I told them to keep the amount themselves and asked for a minimum amount of Rs. 35000/- towards loss and mental harassment and disconnected the phone as I was not bothered about whether or not I receive the amount. Same evening I received the call again and settled for Rs. 25000/-
They then again asked for advance receipt and I refused to do that , assuring them at the same time that a receipt would be emailed to them immediately after the amount was CREDITED to my account. The cheque was received by speedpost of which tracking number was given to me subsequently. I received the cheque with a request not to share the information with media.The cheque was encashed. Since I was mentally tired I did not persue the matter further

Onwards they given credit of 9.3K accepting the mistake.
Matter is that they are not ready to reverse the whole transaction

Your broker is absolutely right.

I think the quantity that you bought on 28-05 may not have got credited in your demat account on 30/5, the day you sold second time. Check demat statement
