Kostak is application rate before allotment.

A good listed company is coming with an ipo of it's subsidiary in next one to two year. The unlisted subsidiary company share price is at 250 to 300 in unlisted market. Any any one has idea which is rhe company this. I got this information from a good source but are not telling the name of the company, the are charging heavy.

HDB Finance mite come.. but its price in Unlisted is around 630/-

I have one question
In HNI category we have shni and bhni. I am clear about shni but I have confusion in bhni.

Let's say I applied for 20 L around 133 lots in bhni and bhni oversubscribed by 20 times.

So will I get 133/20 = 7 Lots or full 133 lots ?

Can any expert help me in this ?

Imo Shni chances app wise would be 1/19
Bhni chances app wise would be 1/4.5

You will get 14 lots if you are lucky.

One more doubt-For example: I gave UPI mandate from single UPI id for both the applications i.e submitted ipo application of my sisters upstox account and my groww account with same UPI id.
will the application gets rejected as i gave mandate through single UPI and the Bank pan doesnt match with my sisters demat account(mine will match for groww application)

No, application will be valid, i myself apply from 10-12 account using same upi id
