If for bhni i'm able to find a category (lot size) which is unique.
As in, i'm the only applicant in that category, will I be alloted or not?
I understand that it will be allotted in same probability, but for the case of one applicant in that category, what will be the scenario?

Not likely. Minimum 4 applications in any unique lot size for chance of lottery...that also depending on the quantum of overall subscription in bHNI category. Bigger the pool better the probability.

This is my two cents as per what happened to me in Campus IPO. Other mahanubhavs can better explain.

In case of campus, 2 applications category also received an allotment, that is why I was confused

Better go with 5 SHNI applications. It will have more probability to allocation.

@ phrao you're asking this because you have a confusion that by applying 67 lot you'll be placed in a different category and you're probability will increase?
According to previous ipo experiences, applying in bni will always be better, but again everything is a probability here, you can have 50% chance and you won't get any and have 10% chance and get an allotment.
My suggestion go for anything above 67
