Why only 10% reserved for retail category. Isn't 35% compulsory for retail shareholders? Experts please reply? @eagleeye @Aniket

From last two years it's profitable company before loss making. Sebi rule min three year profitable company only retailer portion 35% of issue.

hdfc bank is working on the ipo application issue. Please wait until issue is resolved. It is some technical issue and if required apply tomorrow. Today is not the last date

Happiest Minds has a very good reputation among technologies professionals and stock is very good for long term. GMP hovering around 100 is additional icing on a cake which is already very delicious. Hence both for short term and long term perspective stock is a must to apply. Based on its own liquidity position one can decide to sell on short term or keep for long term.

If you will apply more than one lot and IPO got over-subscription then it is not gonna help you, because only one lot of your application will be entertained for luck draw.

Apply for only one lot, when the issue is oversubscribed. now that its oversubscribed the allotment is done through lucky draw, and every retail applicant is allotted a max of 1 lot.

Can HNI sell the Happiest Minds Stocks on the day of listing? Or we have to hold the same for 30 days

Wasnt sure is it a lots or shares here , below is an instance how allotment will be for HNI.

There is a small correction though which changes overall meaning..if issue subscribes by 100 times then HNI will get 1 lot for every 100 LOTS applied and not shares.

10% for retail category is a joke. 7.5x already. Both NII and RII will be more than 100x by the end of 3rd day. Allotment is virtually a lottery for retail. 75% QIB means very low float hence bumper listing.

what is the allotment process for NII category?

i had one demat account, can i apply one application from bank ASBA and other application from broker (Zerodha). can icici bank allow multiple application for same ipo

Apply only one application against one pan. Multiple applications will be liable to cancel

You can apply only one because for everything your pan card is linked.

I am applying in Bank of Baroda ASBA for 5 application through 1 bank account, but 1 application is submit and then not allowed. Should BOB dont allow more application in ASBA ????
