you sols your 8 application @ 400 ok you will get 3200 but if you get allotment in one application your gain will be 10000 in your books and you have to pay tax of short term @ 15% = 1500 where you will stand now see
@ JIGAR. U DID NOT. Bcoz it vl be open double. so, 400multiply8= 3200. by chance if u lucky and u got allotment. u vl cry. it vl be 13500 profit per app. dont sell even one app in grey. i used to do that. when i realize i stop to sell. I got 11 allotment in HDFC AMC FROM 29 APP. THINK ABOUT PROFIT.

@JPbhai yes, I realise, but now my broker says u dont cancel gray sell application. So This time i will book on gray but in route I will apply with my own risk... Thanks...
Reason is minimum investment amount is restricted upto Rs 14850 which should be Rs 14940. Therefore after selecting cutoff price u are getting this error. You can apply at Rs 165 but your chances for allocation will be reduced.
I also had same problem. Then i filled bid 1 at cutoff and bid 2 and bid 3 as well with lower price and application was successful. There is some system issue, but this was the work around i used.
I had same issue in HDFC bank, hence I applied through ICICI net banking simple and easy method. It may be issue with HDFC ASBA portal. So if you have secondary bank account so apply through that.
Select all three bid with different price or lot size to overcome this error in HDFC but I do not know this is correct or wrong. Expert advice me any harm if apply all three bid with different lot and price.
@PNishant I dont see any option to upload snapshot here, pls let me know if you know the way. But my solution is definitely doable. You are simply putting all the 3 bids. Put your best bid and lot size in first row and remaining 2 rows put size and price different from first one and price being lower, so that it is never accepted.
@Vaibhavdce, Dear HDFC is not allowing multiple bids with the same value so if you place bid no 2 and bid no 3 @165 it will not allow you, I tried the same in the morning.
do not sell any app never ever. one day u vl realize which is better. take a risk for good ipo even not chance to get allotment. remember me. reply me if you are risk taker & get profit.

What's the process of asba application in new bob netbanking if any one please help
what is better either apply for 13 lots and then chance of 1 lot getting by chance or lottery or 2nd way apply 15 lots in HNI and may be get for sure 1 lot ? am i thinking correct ???
Since retail is already fully subscribed. So now allotment will be lottery based. Thus now to maximize the chances of allotment will it be ok if one apply under NII quota? This is because allotment under NII is proportionate. So NII will at least get a few shares in comparison to retail where many won't get.
In NII also minimum allotment starts with 1 lot..Say NII subscribes by 200 times which is most likely to happen, u will need to apply for atleast 200 lots to get confirmed 1 lot. If you bid for less, your chances of allotment are same as retailz either 1 lot or nothing..So for a retail investor it's good to apply in retail portion only through different accounts with diff pan numbers.
It is still better to apply multiple retail applications of 1 lot then apply 1 application in HNI. With multiple applications in retail you will increase your chance of getting at least 1 lot. In HNI allotment will be very tough as it is expected to be around 500x.
Dear admin, please check Percentage of Offer Size available for Allotment/allocation section as the percentages indicated are wrong: QIBs: 75% --> this should be 55% (based on 12,687,028 out of total 23,259,550) Non-Institutional Investors: 15% --> This should be 27% (based on 6,343,513 out of total 23,259,550) Retail Individual Investors: 10% --> This should be 18% (based on 4,229,009 out of total 23,259,550)
