Fair value appears to be Rs.60 - 65, slightly expensive. It is a small issue & hence, could list at some premium. I have not applied for it.

dont over estimate gyscoal as it has coal in it.. kuch bhi ho sakta hai.. hope it will go to 100.. NII ka koi bharosa nahi.. retailers to darr pok hai.. QIB to gaye kaam pe (least subscription rate).. sell as it reach 100.. dont be very greedy.. Saavdhaan kuch bi ho sakta hai..
