TODAY NO OF DEEMAT A/CO IN OUR COUNTRY AS ON SEPTEMBER IS CLOSE TO 1.8 CRORES.

IF WE CONSIDER THAT ONLY 30%-40% OF TOTAL DEEMAT COMES FOR COAL INDIA IPO THEN WE COULD HAVE 50-65 LAKH APLLCNS, LETS SAY ONLY 50 LAKH WILL COME SINCE RPOWER GOT 42 LAKH IN 2007 SO IN 2010 WE COULD EXPECT 50 LAKHS.

IF 20% OF 50 LAKH DEEMAT A/CS APPLIES FOR 1 LAC APPLCN WE COULD HAVE 10000 CRORES MONEY AND RETAIL BE ATLEAST 2 TIMES.

agar SJ keh raha buy Microsec,cantabil and SKS microfinance sell thse counters hevaily and start short selling in these scrips to earn money.
SKS is now becoming a good stock to short everyday all negative news.Monday scrip will go down 5-10% beccoz microfinance companies are forced to make there interest charged to be less so negatove news for KS and hit will margins and other regulation coming soon.

sell SKS microfinance iska haal long term mein futire capital jaisa hoga. go down to 450 levels
sell cantabil koutons se bhi bura haal hoga. go down to 25 rs.
sell micrisec. it is in same league as tranwarranty finance.

Gem bhai can you solve my one problem please.I have 5 demat accounts in the name of my family members. But can i go for a big application in coal india from one account and rest of 1 lac application.Should i go for 15 lac type one single application in hni category.I have all white money.I have participated in the majority of the recent listed ipos but the profit was very small in ratio.I can not open more demat accounts because i have not find any trustworthy person. I have been cheated by my relatives in the past as well in land deals.Money is not a consideration for me while applying.

BUT THE SELLING PRESSURE ON LISTING DAY MAKE KEEP THE STOCK UNDER PRESSURE AS HALF OF THE IPO SIZE( 5000-6000 CRORES) MAY COME FOR SELLING.THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH BIG IPO, DEMAND- SUPPLY WILL DECIDE ITS FAITH BUT FOR LONG TERM ITS A VERY VERY GOOD BET.

WAIT TILL 22 OCT WHEN QIBS SUBSCRPN WILL CLOSE AND THEN DECIDE, I WILL ALSO APPLY BUT QUOTNTUM WILL DEPEND ON QIB FIGS.

WAIT......

COAL INDIA RETAIL PORTION WILL NOT BE SUBSCRIBED BY MORE THAN 1 TIME

IN RARE CASE I WOULD GO TO 2 TIMES

I would answer the question one by one as follow: ( Please note that I have tried to explain you in good faith and best
Of knowledge and experice.


1. What is the procedure of getting this grey market premium.
There is no such procedure to get grey market premium, it is only hear and say. Totally baseless, even you can post your own premiums on the blog. But yes there is grey market in Rajkot / Jaipur etc..you need to have good friends who actually do the GMP job in that area. Otherwise all are baseless. Nobody actually do the business. Only HNIs and other top giants are doing the job. You really need to have good contacts and network to get the real GMP.Which I do not think any IPO site like this can do. It is all money honey baba.

2. Who pays us this grey market premium.
When you actually do the Grey market contract then there is a mediator in between you ( sell of share )and buyer of the share. Normally your regular broker can have an access to the mediator. So in the event you need to get the money you have to give the share ( or transfer as per the instruction from the mediator) and get the money from the actual buyer via mediator. In short mediator will get some money in between.( just like brokerage in normal transactions)

3. Is this legal or not.
Totally illegal. You can approach any of the regulatory body / police / Stock exchange etc for any of your money or share lost. In the event of heavy loss to the mediator they will dis-appear ( just like reliance money issue). When same thing you can do it if you lost more money on a deal. It is totally unofficial. Win win situation.

4. If I apply for Rs.1,00,000 and if I dont get single share, then do they pay us premium or not or any interest or anything like that.
I could not under stood the question .!! who pays you all these. And for what and why t?? Under which situation, please be clear in asking question it should be not related to other question you have ask or a situation you may foresee in your mind.

5. If I got share of say Rs.65,000 through allotment, then I have to transfer the share to other party demat account, or I have to sell it in my account, and difference has to be adjusted.
