I was wondering why is satyam trading at a huge discount in comparison to its ADR.
ADR is currently at 4.52 $ which is 221 Rupees.
since 1 adr = 2 shares, share price should be around 110.
But right now satyam is 82...what is the reason for this?

Please dont get to excited by seeing the premium 42-48 on greymarket site

It seems that there is a typo mistake on that site

The current premium is 9.15-9.75
