dear All, i think SEBI can keep 2 lac limit for IPOs above 2500 cr., as there are not enough retails investors to fully subscribe the quota for a big IPO

Alloted 218 shares on full application.The allotment is out.It wil on karvy site in the evening.

Reg. Raising of limit for retail from 1 lac to 2 lac and the objection to it, let me tell you there is no point in sending mails to SEBI. SEBI does not listen to anyone and does what it has decided to do. I remember when Mutual Fund were made NO LOAD, SEBI had asked for the response and 95% said let the old system continue, but still SEBI introduced the No LOAD system and look the MF industry today -its corpus is going down every day. So no point in sending any mails to SEBI or for that matter to any Govt. Depts.

I Have a demat account with HDFC Sec with asba facilities and my account showing that 10028/-paid on full application means that at full application only 218 shares alloted asba holder may check you demat account

Today I visited port. Port is open and doing great business...
You might have visited some other place thinking that its Gujrat Pipavav Port :-)

Agar Retail Application ki limit badh gai to Indiabulls Power jaise IPO me double shre aayege aur SKS Microfinance jaiso me Half . Yaanee loss double but profit half. Isliye Hum sabko Retail Quota bachane ke liye SEBI ko zyada se zyad objection bhejne aur bhijwane me lag jana chaahiye.
