This company has filed its IPO application with SEBI in February 2006 itself. We do not know the reason for delay. Probably, SEBI would have raised so many objections/clarifications on the Draft RHP (Red Herring Prospectous). The line of activity seems to be good. We do not know about the promoters. This should not be yet another case like Atlanta/Nissan Copper???????????/
