Surprised too see this good GMP in Greenchef!
Financials seems okayish to me, incosistent bottom line & Debt is high.

Also we deal in its products, they cater low- mid segment, product quality is above average, the only problem is its still not a renowned name in the market!
One positive I see here is good Qib portion.

nothing extraordinary (very few positives)in this ipo except HEM securities...

which matters most (HEM SECURITIES)

so many investorincluding me applying here..

but after listing hem securities will left ur hand

so either u have to learn swimming or u have to find ur own way to survive in deep water..

I am applying here instead of ESSEN,
ESSEN is a better than Green, but l am OK with less gain(in Green) than no allotment (in ESSEN)

Two SMEs are closing on 27th and one main line opening on 26th. To take decision for SME is very difficult. Both are for more than 50 cr in size. GMP at about +40% or so. Greenchef from Bangalore has direct competition with well established national brand TTK Prestige. A very well accepted brand. I have visited TTK 's office in Jaya Nagar, Bangalore in 2009.
For free flow funds holder may also face some problem in applying such long que. Need to leave some according to personal financial capacity.
Better 2 SMEs closing on 27th and 2 of Main line IPOs will be my first choice.
For me as never got any SME allotment, I am going for sHNI first and one retail in IPO.

@PKRAJ sir We wish u get your first allotment in good sme . Pl apply regularly in good sme and will definitely get allotment...in near future

Sir don't take chance in every sme as we did because we already made a cushion/ corpus of profit for any loss if arises....
