MR S J, I have great regards for you ,due to your good analysis ,articles and comments etc. Pl. permit me to ask you, as to what purpose your cut/ paste item no.149, does serve. Anyway pl. discuss about GRAVITA and POWER GRID IPOs, particularly the strategy to be adopted for old as well as new shares in case of the later.

I believe this forum will benefit an administrator like Rediff cleaning up irrelevant comments. OR this option can be given to senior boarders who achieve X number of points by virtue of their posts or feedback received on their posts.

This is a good forum, but like every good thing in India, quite misused.

Safe not to invest in companies dealing with Scraps, their main Raw Materials are Scrap.

Most Lead Companies in India especially in Karnataka they do only 2nd Business. They will not show any profit in Company's Book, instead they keep profit at their Personal Cash Boxes.

Also (Lead Companies) they are not Employee Oriented, Quality Oriented, Book-Profit Oriented.

They only Production Oriented and Personal-Cash-Profit Oriented.

Dear 103 Rakesh Khanna,

We can not apply two application in same name using the same PAN, it is an offence, and your both the applications will be rejected.

DEAR ALL INVESTORS ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING KEEP IT MIND, IF ANY ONE APPLY FOR IPO RS.100001/= THEY WILL BE GETTING AN INVITATION FROM INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT TO APPEAR AND GIVE EXPLANATION BEFORE THEM.

IT IS MY EXPERIENCE.

SEBI MAY PERMIT RETAIL INVESTORS TO APPLY FOR IPO FOR RS.2 LAKHS, BUT LATER IT AUTHORITIES WILL KNOCK YOUR DOOR.

YOU MUST AND SHOULD ANSWER FOR IT.

WE ARE ALL WORKING PEOPLE, HOW DO WE FIND TIME TO GO TO IT OFFICE, ITO'S CAN NOT CLOSE THE CASE IMMEDIATELY, AS PER THE RULE YOU NEED TO GO FOR MINIMUM 4 TO 6 APPEARANCES.

THIS FOR YOUR INFO.

Selling of Demat Account (Kostak) is illegal, please do not indulge is such, the person who has used your demat account, you are liable for paying all taxes for the profit earned by the buyer plus if there are any long term implications, you are the one who will suffer. Dont take a headache for few bucks.
