I agree with sreedhar, Gravita will have a crazy listing, as I said earlier, not because its worth that much, but because technical reasons, grey market trade has to be adjusted officially on the listing day, but I warn everybody It will be pure speculation, follow strict stop loss, and ride the wave, the share can go anywhere irrespective of the market, but will come down as sharply as it has gone up, Its a small issue, which will be manipulated to the extreme

Arti,
I have got fifty shares for 5 lakhs applied in 5 applications. It does not matter even if gravita goes to 60,I would be losing only 3000.I would not be a fool to sell until I get get atleast 5000 for my efforts & capital employed.Gravita is not a reliance or SBI or Bharti or DLF to perform with market. It will have a fantabulous listing no matter what nifty or sensex does.So friends just do not sell after listing becos the people who have shorted in greymarket at 20-25 will have to cover those shares.Sell only if u get 5000 rupees for the 50 shares.

What to do with Gravita India's shares(of course allotted)??
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have sold highest on Friday in the month of November to the tune Rs 782.27 crore in equities (as per NSE website provision).(data from MoneyControl.com)
There is still plenty to be worried about in the domestic and world economy (unemployment, depressed home prices, the European PIGS debt crisis, etc.) we and DII waiting on the side lines in cash for the market to have a "correction," so we can enter into stocks at better prices, but What if stock don't pull in again? What if they do pull again, but not as much as you wished they did. To save themselves the DII will start buying now?. Do not put your money with them.
In current scenario I think NSE would not be able to see the high it has made on the Muhurat day at least for next 3-4 months if it go up considered as a selling opportunity rather than buying. Sell Gravita ( those who have allotment) on the listing day with the mind set “let other to earn” be satisfy with your profit. This is not a company to trade. Be on the liquid cash or cash equivalent side till for two consecutive months the IIP no’s are improving.

Absolutely nothing wrong with ASBA applications, there is no discrimination, betwwen normal and ASBA applicants, it is just that Issue was subscribed heavily and hence the poor allotment, ASBA is gift ot retail Investors, make full use of it, gone are the days when running after registrars, and then the postman was a routine affair,

Even I am applying recent IPO's through ASBA only, only firm allotment I am getting, no luck of shares on lottery basis even on full applications. Something wrong with ASBA format.

i have applied through asba-sbbj - out of 8*1 lakh and 62500 another application there is no allotment , lien has been withdrawn , it seems that there is " stealing of allotment in asba account shares"
