Any one holding Jana bank . Couldn't crack the nuts as to why price moved between 418 and 460 today , specially sudden spurt in the last 30 mnts from 426 to 460 .🤔🤔
Was it short circuit covering or some insider news ??

​@Rakcyt i think it was perhaps due to both short covering as well as some indiscriminate selling of this stock (as overall bank index was down) that was lapped up by some accumulation in the end. In my humble opinion, this counter is way more valuable and sooner or later (before end of March) will fire to get to a reasonable price.
My opinion may be biased as have a high exposure, but I have a strong conviction in this one. 🤞

​@Kapz  Agree on convincing expression of yours. Frantic activity with low volume confirms the same as short covering only , unless trow some news come on the channel .
Sold partial and holding 1 bhni for long , will pick up more on down trend for sure

I have been alloted one lot from 13 applied in retail..
As subscription in retail is 2.44 times, then allotment, if its proportionate, then it should be 5 lots minimum..
Why its only one??

No protionate allotment in retails.

It is purely on luck basis, not on proportionate basis. Also, you should feel lucky, as Linkintime has allotted you even 1 lot in this good IPO. Congratulations and all the best for listing

Regarding minor account opening, yesterday I visited main branch HDFC Bank to open minor account for IPO purpose (Guardian also have account in hdfc bank). But they are not aware of ASBA process and they not even know that we can apply ipo through minor account. They are asking reference account number or phone number who are already applying ipo through minor hdfc account.
Any suggestions please or other options ( I have account in both HDFC and SBI)

​@Wanderlust  No one will be able to give you reference due to privacy concern. Just open Minor account linked to Gaudian/Parents account. After that submit application to update minor PAN number to minor account. After that ASBA online process is same.

​@Marwari Investor Jai Shree Shyam Thanks for the reply, will they provide net banking facility for minor account? As per the conversation with hdfc representative, they will not provide that facility. So once I open the minor what is the procedure to apply ipo.
