I had applied in Medanta as it was a very reputed name in Delhi NCR and also for the fact that its founder Dr. Naresh Trehan is a very well known doctor. I got confirm allotment in Retail and stock also performed well.

In this case, looking at @Asoke sarkar post regarding hospital's performance, it seems for Kolkata residents too, this is not a good one. So, staying away.

Since I reaped both low and high hanging fruits from some of undersubscribed hospital as well a Pharma IPOs ( contra call ) in the recent past ( Mankind, Jupiter, Medanta) I am bullish on this Sector per se .
No recommendation, let's wait for experts to get it stamped

Right, except for Yatharth all listed well.
Yatharth too had good strong action post listing.

Go with the wind - as currently some heat is left in this sector . Some risk can't be ruled out for those who want to play safe .

KOLKATA se koi Admit hua ho is Hospital me to review share kare apna .....

1. Dr Om Tantia the founder is a renowned surgeon.
2. In 2000 he started an eight bed clinic in salt lake kolkata.
3.Now the group claims to have about 600 beds . 6 lac patients treated and 125 successful transplantation.
4. But this is not any good named hospital in this region.
5. If anyone wants to know how it had been uptill 2015 - 2016 , he should go through the National Consumer case no 874/2015 Ranjit Sarkar vs ILS hospital.
6. Some have raised some question as to political affair etc. But it is a fact that in many cases hospitals are subject to political pressure from the ruling party fellows .
Any body can understand what I mean to understand.
