2. They have their own transporting network to distribute.
3. They have their own packaging manufacturing units.

Their existing capacity utilisation has already saturated their regional presence, hence only profit growth is visible rather than sales growth.

Backward integration into other regions would require significant investment going ahead, as not every state is like Gujarat.

The switch from Ghatiya (Ethnic Snack) to other western snacks, signals cut throat competition.

Family feud is never fruitful for any business.

Think I will skip, not enough upside - Prataap has falled 30% in the last month and is already cheaper than Gopal on TTM PE basis (has the same issue of growth)
