godrejproperties should trade between Rs.500 and 550 on the first day. expected closing at 530. in the next few days say 10 days it may not fall below 500 and has a chance to go upto 600. good promoter, little retial holdings, and the bullish sentiment in the market r my reasons for this expectation.
stock to list at 425 rs will drop below 380 by closing and reach 250 rs in few days. get out of this stock as no interest from hni or finvestors in this stock. they d not have enough land bank as well for any long term investor to invest.
stay away and only invest if it falls below 200 rs which you will get the price in few weeks after listing

Godrej Properties will liat on 5th Jan and will get a high premium on listing at around Rs. 600-630 and will lead upto Rs. 700. So don.t worry for selling on listing
now once again the property market has become hot,investors once agai has started pouring in dirty money,remember when people buy only to invest money,there will be no buyer ultamately and the market will see untimely crash even worse than before,so beware of property market bcoz speculation has once is at its peak.Be prepare for technical crash in market bcoz overleveraging has started and no market rises p without a double dip and probably the first CRR hike and then the budget will lead to it...let these teaser loans come to an end and then the crash party starts...
I have developed my own trading / investment software. In that, it is showing that from 219, it reversed the up-trend and falling.
In 185-197 zone, its fall accelerated and made a low of 174. Hence, I want to make only modification to stop-loss level. Stop-loss should be 197 in stead of 194 mentioned in Post No.84. In case it is able to cross and close the day above 197, it will turn bullish.
Currently, Godrej Properties parent company is in bearish trend (trend turns bullish if crosses 197).
