Initially I thought I would not like to intervene into anything like this, but also in Apex frozen food IPO some people has raised issue regarding killing of animal for food. Now one thing I would like to make straight, as one scientist name Adefinitely you heard the name) proved trees and plants have living things, they can also feel pain. Have we ever thought about that while eating vegetables? When we are eating Potato, Rice, Wheat, Cauliflower or plucking an apple or tomato from a tree, we are either killing them or hurting them. Have we ever considered to stop eating vegetables? Nope. Because they are not made of flesh and bone, does not mean they can not feel or express their feeling, yes, they can. Then why so fuss about animals only?

I have no intentions of hurting anybody''s feelings, but, get some scientific facts before comparing animals and trees.

This place is for discussing proximity of an IPO, please guys stick to that and share knowledge only on FUNDAMENTAL and FINANCIAL status of the company.

Thanks.

I think it is extremely foolish of someone to waste time here discussing veg/non veg things. Those who do not want to apply because of non veg issue please don''t post messages here you are of no use to any forum members.

Wish you luck.

Please let the discussion move in the numbers, growth potentials and other risks and advantages for this IPO.

I believe this forum is for letting people know about the IPO market and sharing knowledge and information.
After seeing all these posts I feel that people are so backward and narrow minded. There are so many issues to talk about like racism, sexism, politics etc. And for these issues there are designated forums where you can express your views. Please don''t waste time here fighting on your religious/personal beliefs.
We are here for a different purpose, so let''s stay focused.

If company deals in nonveg foods then dont apply. But if company deals in liquor then no problem. Double standards.

Liquor is good for health but non veg food is bad for health and second thing we can''t beat any animal for our food as everyone have right to live life for people and also animal.

@shailu. Sharaab sabse ghatiya chiz hai. Kabhi sunna hai goat, sheep extinct hote hove? Haazaro saal se chal raha hai fir bhi. Jo janwaaro ko khate nai fir bhi woh extinct ho rahe hai. Sharaab ke nashe main sabse se jyada bure kaam hote hai.

With Topline growth 16% CAGR and Bottom line 17%
IPO looks fully priced one, but it will give decent listing and ~18% growth
I am applying

As per Dilip davda review issue price/book value is around 7 times, which looks expensive

Many ratio in isolation give complex picture, if you just wish to know it''s overvalued or undervalued, look comprehensively I suggest
like price to sales is less than 2,but P/BV is somewhat near to 8, but looking at recent allotment of shares on Sept 14, 2017 at Rs 440 to 48 allot tees , it looks fully priced, yet since of brand name , I guess there will be decent listing
