Well diversified products from the company. Good market share in all verticals.

Parent group is Godrej. Godrej always delivers quality products. Though they started in home appliances and eventually jumped in consumer, real estate etc. They proved they are the best in their products.

Part of the IPO money is going for repayment of loans, business expansion etc. That is good.

Godrej group is investor friendly. All companies gave good returns to investors. All companies paying regular dividends.

Godrej Agrovet is asking 30 times of EPS. Though we don''t have listed peers to compare. At present Sensex is high. Market valuation is high. Many analyst says it is fully priced. If we compare financial of last 4 years then profit margin is increasing slowly. This is good sign.

I think good Godrej group is associated with this company. Investor friendly group. Good track records of all Godrej companies. Investors will get listing gain also. In mid to long term investors will get more rewards.

Apply with full force. In retail category we will see subscription more than 5 times. Allotment is tough. On listing day you may not get return like Dixon, Salasar etc. but in long term it will give good returns.

Which bank is best for multiple application and cut off time for ipo

Corporation bank allows multiple beneficiary and bidding can be done till 3 PM.

Can Anyone Plz Say...I Will Apply For This IPO By Physical Application. In That Case When Is The Last Date To Have Money In My Account So That My Application Can Be In Bidding Process.

Since banks are open on 7th Oct, for Godrej fund blocking shall be done on 9th Oct.

V-sciences Investment, an investment arm of Temasek, had acquired 20% stake in Godrej Agrovet in 2012 at an average cost of Rs.154.6 per share. So they are getting 3X return in 5 years. They sold it''s shares of 8 crores @440 per share in pre IPO placement to tbe employees of Godrej group.

So from that point of view IPO is fairly priced.

So Godrej Agrovet Ltd. IPO a must apply for listing gain as well as for long term portfolio stock.

While MAS Financial sold its shares of 135 crors @340 per share approx in pre IPO placement and now upper price band @460. So i thik at higher side.

My friend applied ICICGI. .

EVERY BODY SAYING IN THIS FORUM KARVY ALLOTTED THROUGH LOTTERY .

BUT MY FRIEND DIDN''T GOT 1 OR 2 LOTS.
BUT HE GOT 39 SHARES.
HOW IT IS POSSIBLE.
IT IS ALLOTTED AS PER SUBSCRIPTION.. BECAUSE IT IS NOT PROFITABLE ON LISTING DAY.
KARVY allotted PROFITABLE IPO''S AS PER THAT OWN RULES.

WHY SEBI NOT INTERFERE ON KARVY allotment PROCESS.

WE HAVE TO KNOW ALL

ICICIGI was under subscribed in retail Applications wise. So after minimum lot allotment, remaining Shares allotted proportionally.

I am jain and having my knowledge of JAIN DHRMA not subscribe such IPO .
But i am and my other jain and non jain friends apply this ipo full forse and whatever income generated from this IPO we donate in PANJARAPOL .
We doings this activity also in apex IPO

because if you not apply than someone else gotting allotment and i think he isnot doing this kind of activities
So my Request apply and doing charity

Only non veg profit u donate......not veg profit...... jaha donate karo ge waha log bimaar hoo jaye ge non veg profit se.... kuch too saram karoo ...

So it is like; Right now i will be a partner with the thief but later i will donate the money to clear my conscience. In the court of law you will held at much guilty along with the thief with whom you partnered irrespective of weather you donated the stolen money or not. If something is prohibited in your religion then you should totally avoid it other wise you are in the same category as other.

I will also not apply in this ipo as it is being Managed by biggest cheater Karvy. Hence there will be no allotment to normal public. Will be alloted only to its customers and people who has done setting.

If you smell something fishy in Karvy allotment process then better complain to SEBI

Apply karana ya na karna ye to apni apni bate hai.... Agar company me fundamental koi problem hai to bataiye.... Dharm ke naam pe koi company ka fundamental fark nahi padta Bhai... Jain logo ki bhavna samjta hu lekin sabhi log vegetarian ho Jaye to itana foods kaha se laoge... Aur Non Veg. Foods Kaha Daloge... Sab Balance bigad Jayega.... Thanks.
