I hope you read their DRHP . How can you claim this to be a long term portfolio stock if it has like 20 criminal cases pending against the company and the promoter ?

First come first served or who buy more lots basis

How come you are ready to invest in ipo''s but won''t be bothered to know the basic rules ?

Anyone watched venkey and apex movement? Big move happened today. Also watch Eris life p chart pattern. Only one inpharna without any FDI dependence. Eris have consistent cgr more than 15% for the past 5 years

Venkys touched upper circuit 20% at 2.00 p.m. today.
Apex frozen also touched upper circuit 10% at 2.00 p.m.
What is the reason I can''t say.

Can we apply from same PAN in both Shareholder & Individual category and will both be considered as valid applications and both be eligible for allotment? Where can we confirm/verify this?

Can''t see any shareholder quota though for this IPO.

SBI is not showing Shareholder Option, but IDBI Bank does show the Shareholder option. Exprerts please confirm if separate bidding for Shareholder is available. Where can we find more details on this. Is this documented anywhere say by the Exchange / Registrar or in the IPO prospectus?

Not even a single analyst report has this

I can verify this. Just had a look at their DRHP, page 468 onwards. Most cases are 420 (forgery) and criminal . For example in one instance the case is due to a person dying on site due to poor roofing

One of my relative''s dp name ( same as aadhar ) is after marriage. However PAN name is before marriage. Will there be any issue in IPO allotment?

Bank mein and dp I''d mein,same pan no hai toh no problem, agar same nahi hai, then ask to bank about this

Name in DP and PAN must match otherwise application might be rejected on technical grounds at the time of allotment. Try to change the name in PAN card as early as possible. Name change in PAN can be done easily by applying through NDSL PAN service site. You have just to add some supporting documents like Aadhar card or DP statement.

ICICI Securities observed that the issue’s valuation is seen at MCap/Sales of 1.8x, P/E of 35.4x, EB/EBITDA of 21.5x & P/B of 8.8x.

As there peer comparable for Godrej Agrovet, it divided the business into segments. “On SOTP valuation methodology basis, we arrive at fair market cap of Rs 11,000 crore for Godrej Agrovet as compared to targeted IPO market capitalization of Rs 8,850 crore at upper price (Rs 460) of the price band (Rs 450-460),” it said in a report. Hence, it has assigned a subscribe rating on the issue.
