Is it good or hold for listing day??

I apply only for listing gain not for long term....

Applied on first day for full capacity of 2 lakhs...Still no allotments

You need to learn basic rules of IPO.

1. It''s not a first come first get service. Apply on 1st 1st hour or last day last minutes, both have equal chances of allotment.
2. If in retail category IPO is oversubscribed, apply for only one lot. No need to apply for full 2 lakh amount. You''ll not get more than 1 lot and that also if you are lucky. Now to know if issue will be oversubscribed or not, wait till last day-hour.
3. If you want to increase allotment chances, apply 1-1 lot for different demat account of different persons. Don''t apply different application for same PAN.

Got one lot of Godrej agrovet. This is my second ipo allotment via karvy. Previous allotment was for Dmart.
I don''t think Karvy is fraud. It is pure luck.please accept that .

Yesterday, the shares were credited to the demat accounts. You can see it in your demat account now.

Worldwide it has been seen that product companies (i.e. feed manufacturing companies) eventually becomes protein companies (starts selling animal protein). Godrej Agrovet is also evolving in similar fashion. From being an animal feed company it is getting into protein business through Creamline (dairy business) and Godrej Tyson (poultry meat). Is there difference in allocation priority if we apply from discount brokers and from full service brokers?

Is there any secret for allotment. It pisses me off because i apply almost all high demanded IPOs but hardly get any. The one i got was SBILifeinsurance which is of no use.

@ 460 it is available at 30 PE

It''s group companies Godrej Consumer and Godrej Industries trading in the range of 70 to 90 times.

No need to look at peer for this group they always have dominant position in terms of having higher PE and Market capitalisation .

Hold for six month it can double your value if market will sustain in the current range .

yes open minor dimet and apply phisical form or yoar own bank a/c in asba after allotment transter share minor to gardian dimet then you will shale

Whenevr Linkintime is Registar I get always allotment In all previous ipo.

But whn It Come Karvy i never got.

Linkintime has blocked my PAN...I guess never got allotment from them.

My prediction it will touch 700 on listing...any wild guesses
