I have got one allotment surprisingly. Lot of my friends or known people have not got the allotment, even though they applied via multiple accounts with different PANs. This is strange for me as the issue was not so much subscribed.

Anyways, my strategy is to exit on listing, irrespective of positive or negative listing

Sir, I understand the luck factor. I am surprised, as this is new in my experience, lot many more people are complaining in such low over-subscribed for non allotment.

If there is oversubscription, there is no point in applying for multiple lots in retail. You can get up to only 1 lot and that too will be decided by lottery.
