Thanks, figured it out. So, about 10.5 crore pre-IPO shares are not subject to any lock-in.

Any new issues expected this month. Plse advise

There is something that is really bothering me.
I realise they need to shore up capital quickly to avoid breaching the solvency ratio limit, but they had done recent private placements at 300+. So, I don't understand why they are going public at a discount. I don't have a good feeling about it. To me, this seems more like a Paytm than a Zomato. They have been successful in taking a middling market share in auto insurance, but I don't see a real moat against the established players.
