Skipping both IPOs today. Seems like both will end reasonably over-subscribed with no guarantee of allotment. So, that makes the decision easier.

Quest Labs has just too many red flags.

For Go Digit, while it has its red flags, the main positive I see is Fairfax's involvement and backing, but the valuation premium they are extracting for it is too unreasonable. While the anchor investor list is impressive, I don't consider it an independent positive, because I think they are also investing based on the Fairfax name.

In my opinion, both trailing P/E and P/ GWP are not very meaningful parameters to compare against ICICI Lombard. I would have been comfortable at a small P/B discount to ICICI Lombard, say around 5x ( Around what brokers are projecting for ICICI Lombard two years forward).

Was thinking to go FF if subscription is 60 times. Have brought down expectation to 50 times... but this does not seem to cross max 25 times.

Which bank and which dmat app allow direct open only minor account without my account?

​@JIgar A Aapka zerodha me already account he to minor ka bhi zerodha me hi open kar lijiye. Puri process online he account open karne ki. Or zerodha me aap sell kar sakoge buy nai.

It is having PE multiple of 145x, with such high valuation how it can show listing gains? Given that they have just turned profitable but that does not justify such high PE multiples.

I am trying to understand what QIBs and Retails are seeing good in this IPO which I might be missing.

So far I do not feel excited about this IPO.
