Go with Kotak I am using working best if u want to apply RETAIL TIME 4pm n big application BHNI OR SHNI time 3pm I USE MOBILE APP works best no OTP required just a click n done 👍 N money unblock almost morning max to max 11 am many time before 11 am also 👌👌

1) OTP is required to login yes bank internet banking and another otp to apply for ipo.
2)cut off time is sharp 3pm for both Hni & Retail.
3) Not very easy to use. There are many steps in applying ipo.
4) Asba can be applied by only internet banking. No asba option in mobile banking.
You can also use linked fd to apply ipo without breaking fd. Linked fd can be created and liquidated online.

I m using IDFC with mobile banking.
No OTP for ASBA,
Timely unblocked,
Don't have to enter details everytime,
Mobile banking services is good,
Last day HNI till 3:30, retail 4:30
One can cancel applications easily.
Good saving interest (up to 7%)

I use Yes Bank, so to answer your queries :

1. Yes, OTP is required. Apart from SMS OTP, Yes Bank offers other OTP Delivery methods as well
2. 3 PM Cut-off time for both categories, retail and HNI : SME & Mainboard both
3. Interface is good, no major issues. Unblocking also happens without any significant delay, at least for me it hasn't disappointed yet.
4. Yes Mobile App does show E-IPO invest feature, especially in the Yes Prosperity account variant. But at times for some users that option seems to be missing.

As for not working issues or downtime, that can happen with any of the banks as there are no exceptions to it. Just that frequency might be more or less in some banks. @Sumanta De

​@Sumanta De i have never used there FD FACILITY I will ask tomorrow for it as Now they are now my good friends as we have Good relations with KOTAK bank members 👍
If u wish u can have DEMAT in other like u said Zerodha or so But frankly saying I love Kotak work as they give 3 in 1 facilities easy to add money n withdraw 👍 I am adding new accounts again but only with Kotak 3 in 1 👌 I love there service plus work in all ways 👌👌

Yes you can use any demat with kotak

If all goes well, listing day should see the psychological barrier of 300, and might cross it too.
I expect the stock to go past 375 in a year or max 2. So, it can be a good hold for investors.

I expect to be allotted 2-3 shni lots (from 4 bhni applications). Accordingly, will decide how much to dispose within a week, and how much to hold for longer term.

Got 3/4 in bhni

Out of 9.6 Cr shares, only 2.4 Cr was Retail + HNI.
4 Cr volume crossed in 1.5 hrs, so probably some pre-IPO allottees' selling also has taken place. Seems to be stabilising and absorbing all that selling pressure around 300, which is a good sign.

As of now, holding all my allotment.

​@ValueSeeker This is not a T2T stock. In theory, all the volume could just be intraday flipping . Until the delivery information is available, I wouldn't read too much into how many allottees and pre-IPO shareholders have unloaded.

​@ValueSeeker Pre IPO Allottees cant sell on listing day thay have lock-in-period. but QIBs can sell there entire allotment as they dont have any kind of lock in period only anchor investors have lock in period so total free flot is around 5.3 cr shares

Around 10.5 crores pre-IPO shares are not subject to lock-in and can be sold on listing day. That is more than the size of the IPO.

​@Honey Harwani That is true of IPO shares as well. The bottom line is that free float on listing date will effectively be around 3x the IPO shares allotted to non-anchor investors.

Based on what I understand, whether you're a Promoter, Fund or member of general public who purchased shares privately, if you did not sell in the IPO, you have a lock-in of minimum 6 months.

​@rohiitian The rules are different for different categories. I think @MuStrFc had posted a link to the rules yesterday. For Go Digit, the numbers are given in the RHP. About 10.3 crores of the shares not subject to lock-in are held by funds and around 20 lakhs are from their old ESOP scheme.

Lower circuit lage listing k din toh bhi koi Badi baat nahi hogi.

Assuming all ESOP 2018 shares, and the shares issued to non anchors viz. QIB, HNI, Retail are coming in for a sell. Adding to it the 10.3 cr non lock-in would be coming to sell but not all of them since some of them are issued at price above upper price band, around 1.3 cr, which will not like to exit their investment at a loss. And taking cue from the same that the other funds who had issued shares at price of 314 and upwards in private placement will come in to absorb this pressure, they might or might nor, as no one knows for sure. Plus there are also chances for funds and other parties that could not make their way in Anchors or Private Placement but might grab this opportunity to pick shares at lower value.

That being said, the issue was never for listing gains from start imo, as there is give and take on both sides and the price can move in either direction as well, but the end will be seen on how demand and supply gets matched up.

Sir it's not about compensation the point is to make them realize that work need to be done as per schedule and on time if no one will raise complaint they will again do the same thing and won't apologize too atleast bank manager will be careful next time with such cases.

It was Piotex SME they didn't processed my two HNI application I am having their confirmation email where they have confirmed that the amount was blocked for application and later on they just released the funds and didn't submitted my application to exchange.

How you came to know it was not submitted? No record found on checking allotment on registrar website?

​@Anshujii First I saw my lien was removed and funds were available to use I called bank staff to check after he checked he said that due to technical problem at bank's end it was not submiited and later on No records found on registrar site.
