I''m in trouble. plz get me out of this.

I made bid fir GNA Axles on 14 sep 2016 around 01:16 pm under ASBA method for 4 lots of 70 each at cutt of rate i.e 207 (280 shares for Rs 57960) Using Kotak securities mobile app.


As per guidelines I have been maintaining 69,384.27 Amount in my Kotak Mahindra Saving Ac.


On 15 sep 2016 around 01:16 pm Amount of 50000 debited from my linked Kotak Mahindra bank Ac to KSEC. This was Auto debit. Until first 24 hrs or auto debit the amount was not traceable by KSEC nor by Kotak bank.


Now here an question rise that According to ASBA terms Amount get blocked within 24hrs of bidding time and Blocked amount i can''t use in same way it can''t be auto debited. In my case the amount was not blocked, why it was not blocked ?


On 15 sep 2016 i made number of conversations with Kotak securities and Kotak Bank.

Bank said amount is debited to KSEC. and nothing can be found in system.

Kotak securities said Amount is not credited wait for 24 hrs and this first time Auto debit is compulsory for all trinity Ac holders. (timing is wrong for auto debit in my case at least some intimation should be given before so that on can get prepare)


On 15 sep 2016 last conversation i made to 02230305757 representative there solved my situation. He said my amount will reflect within 24 hrs of auto debit so wait till and call back at around 9:00 am 16 sep 2016 so they can take my request of fund transfer in my bank Under Urgent basis for which i was eligible. 

I asked what time it will be taking? he said it will be credited on same day. Now here I was happy.


I did same I called 02230305757 and made request urgent funds transfer of Rs 49000. They ensured me that my bank ac will be credited till end of the day.


So I deleted GNA AXLES bid which i made on 14 sep 2016 01:16 pm. 

And Made a New bid on 16 sep 2016 around 01:11 pm.


In mid of the Day i got a call he was informing me about fund transfer request and said fund will get transferred on Monday now this was shocking for me. I requested him don''t do this Transfer my Money today itself. he said ok sir your request is under process and it will be credited today itself.


Funds was debited from my trading Ac but not credited to my bank Ac till the end of the Day. I lost the chance of transferring fund from equity to ipo directly due to i was being misguided.


Again around 6 pm 16 sep 2016 i called 02230305757 to know the status of fund transfer. here was the shoking news i got that my money will be credited on Monday itself....here now I''m disappointed.


Whole day Kotak securities representatives fooled me..


Now I request Kotak securities that do not reject my ipo bid GNA Axles due to fund insufficient reason. 


Allotment I''m getting or not is the different matter. My bid getting rejected by kotak securities is shame full for treating an investor like this..

Have u lost ur money in this transaction bro?? If not then don''t worry. Just consider u were unlucky. Even I haven''t got allotment.

It is better to bid directly from the bank''s site, and avoid other intermediaries.

Credit of Equity Shares to demat accounts: September 23, 2016,

I think still we have time for allotment of shares . I think still they are processing.

I have applied through ICICI direct and still amount hold in ICICI direct for this transaction.

But not yet deducted.

Allottment process is over and I for good or bad got nil allottment .Anyone lucky as retailer

L&T Finance i brought today looks good both fundamental and technically growing business and new business model....

Even for me L&t finance is expensive. Prefer equitas/ujjivan/ibulhsg/dhfl instead.

Hasija u find L&T Finance expensive and it has run okay..... :)

This forum is not for this duscussion about who got how many lots....Admin please take care of this..All the comments are useless.

I do agree to discuss, who got or not.This is a purely lottery type of draw for valid applications.There may be some problem with banks.but, if yo get sms/mail fronm BSE/NSE, confirming receipt of your application.Than , you can not blame any body

There is definitely something wrong with Link Intime. Something from inside going on coz there are many who are being allotted every one time. I thought it was my bank account problem so this time i did application from SBI. but still no allottment this time. link intime is seriously cooking up something. no allotment after ujjivan last. i have not been alllotted in MGL,quess,advanced enzymes,rbl and now in gna. i doubt its lucky process. n if its lucky process then it should be surely scrapped. there should not be lucky draw. either allott minimum shares(not minimum lot). if there is lot of oversubscription then provide shares on proportionate basis rather than minimum lot basis. this way there will be lot of liquidity and rather than allotting due to oversubscription eg for every 10 applications 1 or 2 minimum lot will be provided it would be much better if proportionate shares with minimum being 15-20 shares then that will provide more retailers to hold the shares.

I know it is silly, but my experience is also the same ( both for me and my better half)

lucky u guys got. I applied for thyro ,equitas and now GNA axles and got nothing ! something surely wrong with link in time. ALthough i had got allotmnt in Dr, lal and alklabs both wats happening now?

Applied 1 got 0. Unlucky this time. After Advanced enzyme this is my next unlucky IPO. :(

Anyone booked from Axis Trade and got allocation...?? No allocation happening from last few IPOS..
