Are third party UPI applications not allowed for allotment in IPOs. My 2 third party applications were not allotted any share in global health ipo despite the fact that retail quota was not even fully subscribed. I emailed the registrar to get to know for the reasons for not allotment. As per the reply from kfintech, the allotment is not there because of third party investment. Has anyone faced similar issue?
I got 1 lot from 3rd party upi. Maybe it’s true for linkintime but Kfintech always allot 3rd party even in electronics mart. Have you applied at cut off price 336?
Sub : STATUS OF APPLICATIONS LODGED FOR PUBLIC ISSUE(S)
Greetings from KFin Technologies Ltd.
This is an acknowledgment for your email with regards to the aforesaid subject matter.
As per our records we regret to inform you that your 2 applications were unsuccessful in getting allotment due to reason "THIRD PARTY INVESTMENT." We request you to take up the matter with your concern broker / banker for necessary resolution as the bidding process is not within our purview.
Assuring you of our best services at all the time.
@jaga There was no issue in submission of application. While checking the allotment status on registrar website, it is showing that I applied for 44 shares (which implies successful submission of application), but allotment is Nil.

As a global reputed brand (Medanta), medical tourism and FY22 annual profit of abt 196cr (Q1 of FY23 itself 58.7cr), it should easily go past the KIMS hospital market cap of abt 13,000 crores with similar annual profits.
At the upper cap of the IPO pricing, Medanta market cap is only Rs. 9011 cr.
Hospital stocks are the safest bets with no recession, crude, inflation, etc. effects.
Expecting at least 25% gain on listing day. It deserves to trade near 400.

Pl. don't sell a single share because it has a huge upside momentum very soon. Pl. check the financials at https://trendlyne.com/fundamentals/cash-flow/1108489/MEDANTA/global-health-ltd/
Valuation wise a better option medanta than bikaji.... However two different companies with different sectors but for listing i prefer medanta over bikaji
