this ipo will give response like patangali ipo, nothing to loose but a lot to gain, any body with any serious problem is suggested to go medanta, a very good panel of doctors, patient visit much from outside of India so donot stress your mind towards bikaag

Seeing mis-informed posts from some board members on this IPO. Here are some straight facts from RHP and public domain for benefit of everybody:

1. Promoter is not selling. One of the individual investors (Mr Sachdeva), and a PE firm (Anant Investments which is Carlyle) are selling. It is literally written on first page of RHP.
2. On valuation understanding, just read the broker reports, Dilip Davda ji's review, Anil Singhvi ji's review on Zee Biz etc.
3. Anchor investors - One of the very few times I see so many countries in FIIs - Singapore (Govt, Monetary Authority), Canada (Ontario Teachers), Netherlands (Stichting Depositary APB), Denmark (Infinity Holdings which is a specialist healthcare investor), Ireland (Nomura), UK (Polar Capital), Norway (Norges Bank), Germany (Allianz); and along with this I see 40% anchor book with all top domestic MFs

It is a very interesting anchor book.

Anchor book has 3 sovereign funds (Govt of Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Norges Bank), 2-3 big foreign long term investors (Ontario Teachers', Stichting, Prudential Assurance, Novo Holdings).

And almost 40% of the anchors is top domestic MF - SBI, Kotak, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, Nippon. Have not seen this in a while.

@Chotiwala ji - personally it does look very interesting to me, and I am positive for long term.

However, that is my personal opinion. I am not a qualified person for giving recommendation. Please go ahead as per your risk-reward appetite.

@immortal ji - just to correct on one fact for benefit of board members. The Promoter Dr Trehan is not selling a single share. Please fact check from RHP.

One of the PE investors is fully exiting, and the other one has actually increased its stake in the past few months.

@admin please reduce the drop down list of sme ipo many old sme IPOs are still there.

Price 336 almost final bit fv 2 mean actually price 1680 that mean very costly ipo also most ofs. I think clearly avoid it.

Price and translated price at facevalue of 10 means nothing. What matters is ratio of Enterprise value (EV) to Earning before depreciation interest amortisation and taxes (EBIDTA)
EBIDTA is real cash in hands of company. Calculate that and then compare it with per share price

GMP crashed to 14 and Nothing much fancy left in this IPO..

i must mention here Anchor list is also OK. poor if we compare with BIKAJI.

One more important point is,
Money Applied here won't be available in Archean IPO which is running at around 80 GMP. which likely to shoot up..

Final decision= Pure avoid.
On listing day, you can have it below issue price.

One can shift to
BIKAJI OR AMIABLE SME (SO GOOD) or Achean Ipo.

Its very big size issue, easy allotment in retails and other catagory also. DD sir has given apply rating, looking to the peers like Apollo hospita, Forties healthcare, Narayana Hrudralaya this ipo is looks attractive, but we should apply on last day after verification of subscription figures.
