Q1- I have 2 demats, one with ICICI direct and one with Zerodha, both same PAN
I have glenmark shares in Zerodha demat, but I apply IPO from ICICI direct, so i will be eligible for shareholder category or not?
Q2- What is the maximum number of lots that can be applied in shareholders category (2lac or 5lac)?

No sir, I have not done any experiment. Getting shareholder quota itself in any IPO is a rare thing and I don''t want to screw up the opportunity by trying something different. Thanks!

Max limit for share holder quota is 2 lakhs only-normally

I there employee quota in glenmark?

For all those who are looking to apply in Shareholders quota. Allotment will be done on proportionate basis, which means if share holder quota is subscribed 10X, then for guaranteed allotment we have to apply minimum 10 lots, which is difficult for a common retail investor.

And i have demat in angel broaking through broker

Currently I am applying ipo through upi

So , in glenmark do i need net banking for apply ipo
Or is it possible throgh upi??
In both shareholder and retail category???

Upi se dono ho jani chahiye but it is doubtful.

Aap asba ke liye NetBanking le hi lo

Jab company RHP file karegi tab batayegi konsi date last date hogi.. Almost RHP din wali hi hoti he.. Simple hisab me aap kal ke kal lelo...

Shareholder category me ham third party se bhi apply kar sakte hai kya??

when you apply thro asba sbi / bob etc which allow third party application allows catagory individual / share holder selection no issue

banks which allows third part asba , allows selection shareholdr or individual . no problem
