1. You should use the same demat account in which you have Glenmark shares to apply in SH category

2. Some are saying 15th July because RHP was possibly filed today (19th July). To be eligible, you need to have at least 1 share on the date of RHP filing.

Yes, if you have shares of parent company before RHP is filed you are considered a part of Shareholders Category.
