I agree with @Cautious ipo, This is very hostile behavior shown by corporate to the shareholder, might wanna avoid this IPO.

positive point for retailer is retail quota has been increased from 10% to 35% .
now chance of allotment will be higher for retail investors.

Investors has also gained.
The share price has increased by 40% since the filling of DRHP.
