Glenmark life sciences is an independent business with 100% ownership with the promoter and there is no business related financial aspect with the Glenmark pharma though the promoter is the same.

RII = 25L Forms = 6.80X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~2.94 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@8.00%p.a.* for 7days = *110.47 paise for 1X*

Thus, for NII the costing = 101.30 X 110.47 paise = Rs.111.91 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 111.91 X 2.94 = Rs.329/- (= Kostak)

Adani WIlmar is probably filing for Rs.5000 Cr IPO . DRHP next weeks.

It is a part of adani enterprise

We have wait until DRHP out.

As Rightly said by INDIAWAY. We have to wait for DRHP to come out. But because 50@ owned by Adani Enterprise and other 50% by Wilmar Group Singapore. at-least the price of Adani Enterprise would go up for sure prior to ilisting of Adani Wilmar as they get 50 % of the share sale for other investments or there could be an Exisiting shareholders quota in the IPO ( so wait and keep track). Enjoy.

I have applied just now of Zomato IPO from ICICI bank though my account is in Canara. Also in past I have applied from ICICI bank as wll. Axis bank se bhi hota hai
