यह मजाक नही है ,आज के इश्यू मे सबसे अच्छा है ,ऐसा मेरा विचार है।
कम्पनी 1060 करोड़ मे से 800 करोड़ ग्लैन फार्मा को देगी, जिससे GLS का कर्ज कम होगा और GLS को 80 करोड ब्याज बचेगा।
OFS से 453 करोड़ और 800 करोड़ मिला कर Glen pharma अपना कर्ज कम करेगी।
मेरे विचार से दोनो की बैलेंस सीट बहुत बढिय़ा हो जाएगी।
Cash rich कम्पनी है,सिर्फ थोडे संयम की जरूरत है।
कुल मिलाकर manipulation करने वाली कम्पनी से अच्छी है।
वैसे इस बाजार को विधाता और ओपरेटर के अलावा कोई नही जानता।

Of all the recent IPO''s closed or opening, GLS is best in terms of funda and future growth and pricing. It will really be an irony if this doesn''t get a steller listing.
