If your bid details shows in the registrar allotment website with No shares allotted, then you may consider that your application is considered for allotment, but due to lottery no shares are allotted. I f application gets rejected then you can see the popup like NO PAN record found

It is a system of Income tax department, started in 40-50 years back that all Pan cards issued to residents individuals with starting series of "A".
Now it has reached to "H" series also, after completing B C D E F and G series. It is for informative purpose.
