Lead Manager working hard for Labh Pancham Listing on 19th ...

GMP play will continue till listing day. Pure manipulation > some will indicate lower price while some higher. These people are trying to build/temper expectation as they would like or suit then, some who want to buy lower will indicate lower price others who want to sell higher will do reverse.

Then on listing day, there will be posturing during 45 min. Most of the time its low equilibrium value indication then at 9.44.54 hrs some biggy will sweep and clean all on the offer at lower price only to push stock higher during the day. This happened in Route listing.
In case of Mazdock, GMP was very high till listing day, there by tricking people not to sell and whoever wanted to sell managed to sell at 200+, price stock has not seen since listing.

If you believe in Gland, dont sell for 5-10% premium, if lists lower be prepared to buy more.
GMP and price discovery are used to exploit retailers. (in this case there are few)
As NII would not have had to take finance to subscribe, there wont be pressure from NBFCs to sell on listing day or next day.

Grey Market is a new trend of making profit manipulating innocent investors mindset. GMP is not so reliable anymore to judge a stock quality.

Typo error means small small spelling error or few characters misplaced. But here whole article is about significant premium declines in grey market.

One should accept this is going to be discounted on listing.

A Good Long Term Candidate for 4-5 Years.
Look at the Last 5-7 Years Performance of All MNC's listed in India. MNC Company with Good Fundamentals and Valuations have Multiplied the Capital. Personally My Father is holding 7 MNC and seeing Returns of 1200% to 1700% Return till Now.
So My Strategy is to Hold this Newly Listing Company ????
